Great work, but I'm not a fan of the huge amount of effects on your voice. If you'd pulled down the effects a bit and pulled your voice up a bit, this would be a perfect recording. Love it though, either way.

Except down mite sound like Janis? And going up mite sound like Allison Moorer? No one wants a lookalike just as Mellisa Etherbridge or whatever she calls herself or Stone2 or Grace Slick 3 or 4. People want to hear a sound different from other singers. Too many Frank Sinatras? Elvis?

Do you have any idea what I'm talking about? I do happen to know a thing or two about recording and effects, and I have to say that the balance between effects is a bit off. If she had brought her voice up a bit louder over the effects, it would have been just that much better sounding. However, it is still a great rendition.
