If you view the video on a mac, You can see the letters in the distance are forming right before the camera zooms up on them.

I don't think you need a Mac, the computer has nothing to do with it, the screen and your eyesight does, and I can see what you are referring to, and I don't have a Apple computer, nor an LCD display.

Big improvements, just not as noticeable as it was for Tiger to Leopard. Majority of improvement is "under the hood" (code length and structure etc)
