Didn't expect somebody to react to my silly note. :) Anyhow, for example, the beginning (not introduction) resembles well known "Eh, those roads" v=Im14UzrQkkA (I think, this is Ivan Rebroff's version) I love Hun Hong and always ready to remove my comment.
You don't need remove your comment. It is a good thing for everything to know more.
Han hong didn't claim it was her wrote this song. Wang Luobin wrote this song in ~1950s. I believe he used some music elements from the folk songs in nw China region.
I listened to the song you mentioned. yes, there are some similar notes. But I don't think it is just a copy. It is possible though, that they share some similar root.
I checked, the Russian counterpart was written in 1946 (lyrics 1945). But this is not the only spot of resonance. And the song in the whole looks pretty in Russian so called "Metro romance" genre.
This song is performed by two Chinese artists I like very much. I like Xu Wei for his talent, and Han Hong for her voice. Interested in the Russian song you mention, but I could not get to the link. Could you please let me know of the key search words or the link address? Thanks.
好听,苏联风格的歌都很好听,很纯净的浪漫

Утки все парами,
Как с волной волна,
Все девчата с парнями,
Только я одна.
