oh - they are called "Flax Eggs" and easy Google if you want different ideas on their use....

This is a great egg substitute when cooking.
Mix 1 Tablespoon ground flax seeds (I use the coffee grinder again) and 3 Tablespoons of water. Mix well until a gelatinous mixture forms (about 30 seconds) You won't be able to tell the difference!
I wonder what I can replace the egg with...I don't do eggs.
