WWII era twin engine plane which was supercharged. One pointer is hooked up to show the boost measured before the throttle plate, the other pointer measures the boost after the throttle. Apparently, he hooked it up this way so he could measure the pressure loss across the butterfly.
The guy in the GT3 should go get an old 911 and learn how to drive a Porsche, then he should come back to track with GT3.

Yeah definitely a boost gauge, the two needles are probably for peak and holding boost
