The first is from the gospel of Luke, saying: "I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven" (10:18) The rest belongs to Chapter 13 of the Book of Revelations, specifically verses 2, 5, 6 and 18. You can find them at any Christian Bible, Catholic, etc.
