Being a VZW Tech Agent, the funny part about this video is the belief that just because there is a store 3 miles down the road that there is going to be good service. Some enlightenment for everyone, stores don't have towers built into them. In order to reach optimal service you must be ATLEAST 6 miles away from a TOWER not a store. To the contrary what the kid stated about a phone pole at his house. Being directly underneath a tower will NOT give you better signal it will give you no signal.
