I was seeing, so I went to check on youtube of that.

At my school we have bells that goes like boop-boop-boop-boop-boop-boop(­when I was in of these elementary schools and my high school too) and the bell at my third elementary school goes like boooooooooop longer and we only had these noisy bells at recess three times a day and we have recess 3 times and I had a friend from the US and she said they have recesses once and that isn't like a enough exercising. I was thinking if these school bells are just like in the American cartoon shows

My school has a Simplex Bell System controller, but the "bell" is just a high-pitched tone played over the P.A. system. Also, it looks a little bit like a FACP and it says "TIME CONTROL SYSTEM" on the front.

we have thoes at school but it is a panel with a clock on it. there is a standard time clocks and speakers

Sorry, I had not typed the description when you watched it. It would be used to control bells for class changes or something similar.

So at one of my schools we had these but they didn't work. At another school we have some kind of wall panel that looks like this and probably had a clock at one time. Whenever the bell rings outside this panel makes a loud buzzer noise inside the room. Is this the same thing as the one I'm referring to?
