There's an copycat of this by the Singapore brand ALEOCA. Not sure if it's a ripoff or if they are working with the Xlider company.

it's 4 times cheaper, the wheels have lights, It comes with a carry case, and its surface has spikes instead of rubber grips (good for slippery shoes, painful for bare feet). It doesn't have the elastic training band.

I've only seen it in stores, but there's no trace of it on the internet.
