What you need is a shaman to do Heroism, A DK for horn of winter+ damage. and a good geared mage with 5.6 who counterspells the 2nd transform, after that you have eight seconds to burn him down. easy easy. It´s a pain if you dont have a mage to counterspell the 2nd. but the reason the achievement failed here, is that the DPS is bad, but ofc because it was during the time Naxx was the hardest raid, before uld 10/25. hope you´ve earned it by now ;)
what you need is to let him transform ONCE (counter it) BEFORE he reaches 50%. If you push too far he will transform earlier than he usally will.
I had a warrior "dps tank", a shaman, a mage, a rogue, and my warlock with felhunter. First rogue kicks, and then mage spell lock. Now start burning quick, but let him try to transform 3 times. The 3rd time a felhunter should spell lock, (cuz it's OFF GCD)
Use leatrixlatency for lower ping. (or you might miss the 3rd counter)

Step one
Get the ele sham on interrupts
Step two
Arcane blast x3 then AP / icy veins
Step three find some DPS on level with you. You want 3k per DPS.
Boomkin arc Mage destro lock ele sham and a ret pally would be ideal.
