My best friend and I made this "our song" and promised that we'd never part. And now she has a boyfriend and I'm not as important to her as before. I really miss her, and I love her so much. All I can do is sit here and listen to this and think about what we had before. I almost wanna cry from it, but I can't bring myself to. And its only been about a month of her not having me. But it still really hurts, I don't think I could even express how I feel. Which is why I let the song do it for me.
Modern singers and actors don't have to pay a price for their career. Its handed to them on a silver platter, and the singers have computerized studios to improve their voices. Guys like Dean Martin sang in small smoky nightclubs for years with only a dinky microphone so they HAD to be good. Its an entirely different world now. "Talent" is what some troll who owns the whole network says it is. "Comedy" shows have laugh-tracks & no real audience. It all SUCKS, actually.
