This is not iai. I know who made this forms and viedos. I heard he just took the forms from japanese iai videos. You guys do not need to think about this video seriously. See this video and have fun.
There are no living Samurai to say anything about anything. I love her work and i am sure as beautiful as she is, she would please any Samurai. A wife that could protect your house while you were at battle.
Her attention to detail is astonishing.
Who would not like to fight the world with her at their side.
Usualy we see video's without To rei,now one only To rei..+only begin To rei, like you all know: the begin-and end To rei are differend..+so many ways to handle your sageo(every Ryu a differend one)+ if you do a standing up To rei again differend handling the sageo..again difference between Koryu and seitei..and u are all right,it is weird..maybe they just chose her for being a beautiful girl..HAHA!
The head of the handle isn't "tsuka," it's "kashira." To get technical, it's "tsuka gashira." The kojiri is the butt of the saya (sheath). But ajatarou has a point. It's a weird video.
It is unusual to see a Korean doing a Traditional Japanese Rei in MuSo Ha style and while this short demo is well done per se I doubt this is actually proper! Imagine being summoned before a Shogun, Daimyo, or even Gokuro. I am afraid such brashness would be seriously admonished!
Firstly, in the standing bow, the sword head is moving. This is very bad. If Enemy would attack her in that time, She would be slice down. Hum....
Secondly, in the sitting bow, she put down the sword on the Hakama. This is too bad to fight with someone. In that time, If someone would rush her, she could not grip the soward head quickly. Because If she would move a little, the sword on the Hakama would move somewhere.
obviously not your school of iaido, not mine either. but since you where so quick to critzize maybe you should be paying more attention to your own technique, and proper sword vocabulary. by sword "head" you mean tsuka and kojiri.

Some Korean sword technique is called Shim Soo Do..? but I know nothing about it... Korea has long history... we should know more about it.

This is typical bad etiquette of Iai.
Firstly, in the standing bow, the sword head is moving. This is very bad. If Enemy would attack her in that time, She would be slice down. Hum....

This movie is bad joke.
