As a Buffalo native, Connolly is a waste of talent, he is to soft of a player who has no balls to play the game, he is scared to take a hit and should be out of the league.
Look at the stats. Our PP is so much better with TC, not to mention the entire team. This will be his break-out season, trust me. Last year on his contract, players shine when that happens. Do you honestly blame him for being injured? Being a hockey player, do you really think he denies his own right to play? No. It's the coaches decision, not his. Any injury is taken to in the highest care and time. TC is a franchise player, their not going to throw him out there when he's not ready.
tim connolly is amazing and a good stickhandler but i doubt that he is the top 10 maybe top 20 but he is definetly the best stickhandler on the Sabres but not all time or in the nhl rite now
I love watching Tim at practice, flipping the puck on his stick. He's just amazing. Good to see some Timmy fans around here, since I went so long without hearing about him during last season. Then I go to training camp, delighted to watch him come back from all that crap! Did you guys see that shot off Goose's stick right into the goal?! He did it twice this season!

I hate how if you watch a replay of the game with the Sen home ice announcers they say that Connoly's last goal was lucky, slow, and that he wasn't aiming; I guess it does look like that though if you watch it in slow motion, dumbasses.
With all of the hard work and dedication that this guy has contributed to this team he should be recognized as one of the most solid players on the Sabres. Lets all hope for a speedy recovery in time for the playoffs so he can help the Sabres get to the Stanley Cup.
