I really want to pick up normal eating habits but I end up over eating, purging, restricting, and and starting it all over again. I want to lose the weight I have gained in a healthy manner but with my unhealthy habits and diet that is not possible. I am 5'3'' and 120 and at age 15 that feels and look way too stocky on me.

  • @Emieeeeeeeeeeeeeee From what I've read, when you're depressed your body craves carbohydrates in a desperate attempt to regain the serotonin and dopamine. Crazy huh? eat what you want but please try to stay away from refined sugars and processed junk foods. Coming from someone who's battled depression since I was 11 I can totally tell you that its really helped me. I don't take any pharmaceutical anti depressants anymore. I take L glut amine and gaba 750 which boosts serotonin & dopamine!

  • Last treat i ate were canned palm tree hearts.....great food except for the enormous amount of salt it has in order to perserve it.

  • I programmed myself to eat every three hours for the most part, but lately I have become very excited that i can concentrate enough to zero in on what my body is telling me. When I think I am "hungry" I pay attention to how my stomach feels, and I also pay attention to how my mouth tastes.. If your mouth is dry or tasting what you have eaten last, it can be easily misinterpreted. I realized that I can go four five hours if necessary and be fine.
