@Emieeeeeeeeeeeeeee From what I've read, when you're depressed your body craves carbohydrates in a desperate attempt to regain the serotonin and dopamine. Crazy huh? eat what you want but please try to stay away from refined sugars and processed junk foods. Coming from someone who's battled depression since I was 11 I can totally tell you that its really helped me. I don't take any pharmaceutical anti depressants anymore. I take L glut amine and gaba 750 which boosts serotonin & dopamine!
I programmed myself to eat every three hours for the most part, but lately I have become very excited that i can concentrate enough to zero in on what my body is telling me. When I think I am "hungry" I pay attention to how my stomach feels, and I also pay attention to how my mouth tastes.. If your mouth is dry or tasting what you have eaten last, it can be easily misinterpreted. I realized that I can go four five hours if necessary and be fine.
hey hey, i ate an apple for a snack. iam soooo fulll. i have a lot of problems getting more than 1400 calories a day i cant do it. that is my maximum i eat very healthy its just so hard.
