This was the year, remember, when K-State CRUSHED the previously unbeaten and seemingly invincible OU Sooners in the Big 12 Championship Game. Because of that, I figured they'd beat Ohio State in this game. Credit goes to Ohio State for the win. I remember reading later that the Buckeyes didn't want to tarnish the memory of what they'd achieved a year earlier on this field by losing to K-State. I should have thought about that before I made my bowl picks that year.

Did you see that game. Look at the hits that he took. The damn sticker on his helmet was screwed up and he had one hell of a time getting up and not only that some of the snaps where off cue due too the nosie of the stadium. The loudness of the I am not saying that every snap will be bad or evry play will be bad. That is almost impossible. It was one pass he had\ unfortunitly it was the one that counted. Are you kidding me? I think passing ability wise, Boeckman maybe had a better arm but I think Krenzel was more accurate. Krenzel could also definitely run better than Boeckman. But the big difference between Krenzel and Boeckman: clutch time and big games. Krenzel was a significantly better decision maker, especially in big games, and much more of a clutch player than Boeckman. Though Boeckman did play okay as the backup against Texas, it still wasnt enough to make up for what happened before.
