CertifiedRapeCannon is right, definitely try some heavier BBs.

For my L96 right out of the box I was using .30g BBs and it handled them fine. So with an upgraded gun you should definitely try stepping up the BB weight.

the majority of upgraded snipers cant hit 100yrds(or 300ft for those who dont know) and getting that distance accurately takes a ton of modification and turning to the hopup and internals for perfect airseal and perfect consistent hop to the bb. im working on getting mine to hit around there but that will take a while.

@christhegreatish You must be new here. Heavier BBs, when matched with the right FPS, actually give longer effective range since they have more momentum over lighter BBs. If you have a really high FPS,you need heavier BBs to counter that and get any sort of decent performance out of your replica. The range will increase if matched correctly. Go ahead.

If the hop-up is set to put a lot of backspin on the bb he wouldnt have to arch the fucking rifle up in the air as if he were trying to shoot down a chopper Mark Walburg style. That being said this kid really does need to set up a large paper target or box etc,film the target, run back to rifle, shoot at it and run his ass up there and film where the shots made contact. To answer the question at the end of the video, i would reccomend a longer barrel, the one you have there looks no where near long enough to guarantee you a consistent shot. i own a Tm Vsr 10 Pro, with full laylax internals including the prometheus barrel. firely lightweight piston, and sear and a 170 spring that has been cut down to fit the uk laws. its performing at 498 with .2's which sadly is all the uk laws will allow but performs beautifully.

To get my Vsr-10 like this, I installed a TK Twist barrel, it puts grooves in the barrel (kind of like rifling) to change airflow around the bb, whatever you do, dont have over 350 fps with a TK twist, they dont work at high velocities.

My Vsr-10 is accurate at 100 yards easily, get a TK twist guys!

@Khrull2190 use the edgi barrel, but its hard not to make it reach 500+ fps, even at .30 gram bbs, use a heavier bb,kinda like .40 or something, but even that is doubtfull without over doing your fps, you should try to balance it out
