  • mikeys i tried to find you on raverly but i can't are u a member. if so look me up and add me as a friend.i really enjoyyour work

  • thanks u are like a crotchet god!!!!! i love these and on my way to making them!!! my first slipper sock project thanks to u!!!! yeah me

  • these look great!! i love how the colours change!! but if you want to make them faster, i have made them both by crocheting and by using a loom and the loom is much faster!! :)

  • Does anyone know which pattern this is on Raverlry? I like to also follow along with a written pattern when I watch the video so I can do it myself later. ??? I searched for Adult Sock Slippers but tons of patterns came up. Thanks for your help.

  • @jannymorrow hello... it is hard to tell which pattern mikey saw on raverly because he went and changed the pattern he saw and made the slippers his own way......

I would just look for something similar and follow the pattern or look at and follow his videos when your ready.....

Chanel@ the crochet crowd helpdesk..... :)

  • dont forget mikey has a group on ravelry so you can join in the crochet crowd chat! :)

  • those would make great boot liners too, when rubber boots are an absolute must, and you don't wan't stretch out all your socks, putting on five pairs to keep your feet warm.

  • Yea, we have the same shoe size so I didn't have to change the pattern.

  • I totally agree: wearing shoes indoors is just like you're always about to leave again!

Thanks so much for this tutorial. I'm only a beginner, but I'll defo give this a shot! :D

  • You are inspiring me to make a pair. I do a lot of thread crochet. I have yet to crochet much with yarn. The hook feels like a baseball bat compared to the small steel hooks. I like the look of your slipper. Nice and even. Thanks for sharing. Very nice.

  • haha finally ... your face !!

  • I LOVE RAVELRY!!!! AND IT"S NO LONGER INVITE ONLY...yeah!!!

  • So the first practice sock made is a bit big on the top so it slips off, but my gosh, I'm so happy to have this design to work on and experiment!!! Thank you so much for the ideas Mike!!!!

  • Hi Mikey, I desperately want to make these slippers for eveyone I know for Christmas gifts. Have you put the text instructions anywhere? I can't find them on ravelry, as you said. What are they called on ravelry? Thanks.

  • These slippers are great and definitely warm! I also want to say thank you so much for teaching me how to cord! I was cursing you at first, but I got it now! Im a size10-11 and these are a little big on me, but IM not complaining. I look forward to more of your projects.

  • Wow! They look thick and SUPER warm!!!

How do they feel on your feet? Do they "bend"? Are they somewhat flexible? I've got to get this pattern...making slippers for men has always been a challenge, the only one's that worked were the sneaker slippers that I sent you. What is the site? Ravelry?

I wish you had shown it on your foot. Oh, a word of warning, hard wood and ceramic floors can be slippery when wearing socks or crochet socks....be careful!
