Just went to the Erik Knotts car wash fundraiser (05-21-11) and was informed that he is in need of more than $27,000. Watching this video has touched me greatly. We have so much and all Erik wants is a better pair of legs. Erik, I'm going to get you that money buddy...that's my mission!!!
At my school, were raising money for him to get new legs that bend. They cost 30000 dollars. We havve about 15000 dollars saved for him. He wants to play football. He ran a mile with legs that don't bend. I see him in the halls all the time. He's amazing.
How old was he when this happened? He is an inspiration.

i know him :) he goes to my school- hes one of my friends.
hes really funny and now hes on the football team :)
he ended up getting the new legs :)
lol two days ago a little piece of them fell off- no big deal tho haha- he was laughing bout it
