I'm surprised there haven't been more 'theme-esque' medleys like this though. But I suppose Lucky Star takes the cake for its variety of character songs and whatnot.
Only thing I'd put it second to would be the Touhou rearranges, but that's like comparing a new MMO to WoW. ;P
