A lot of people have this misconception that it was the WAR that put us in this recession, but by the time Bush left the presidency and the war was still going, the war only cost 800 billion dollars and there was little to note about job losses [granted he only gave 1.X million jobs]. Bush did spend a lot, but nothing on the magnitude BHO has in his less than first 2 years. The recession started because of poor lending, this was Congress at fault as well as a democrat backed group [FM and FM].
