okay my Explanation:(Warning SPOILER!):

Jay Chou played too fast and got himself more than 20 yrs back. So now he is in a time where the girl never found the sheet music for traveling back and also he isnt able to return to his "normal" time where he came from because the piano got destroyed. Well yeah he is stuck in the past, nobody exept the girl can see him, she doesn´t recognize him. Sad story ~.~ thats how i got it :D

1) The camera wouldn't take a photo of him (unless it's like the camera in a ghost movie)

2) The students wouldn't leave place for him to stand in the photo...

@Tiffanycatscats I the notes I found, there is only pedal when you cross your hands and then during the part with the semi-quavers appregios and scales.
