Sonic is certainly getting the biggest spot light lately considering his home company is no longer making consoles, but Mario isn't that bad at all. I agree that they keep recycling and redoing a lot of the classic stuff but I love Mario Galaxy's concept and thought that was more original in gameplay then some of the stuff we've seen in Sonic games. Still love Sonic more though...

Because the original Japanese version was rushed so quickly that those types of glitches were common. Sonic Team retooled most of the game for the US release (and rereleased the US version in Japan under the name Sonic Adventure International).
