Ill tell you but be warned, this will make the first audio track you use sound awful.

In windows movie maker, you place an audio file in the audio bar (and add the stuff in the video) then you save it as a video, load it in another project the the audio and everything else will be in THE PICTURE BAR. Thus allowing you to overlap sounds. (you COULD do this by putting two sounds close together then trying to put one on top of the other, but this generates a fade effect
