very appropriate: we are experiencing our first snowfall this winter season...not much, but white and cold...the county just threw some salt on my road...late morning. i prefer the "heat" in this tune to the stuff outside...so thank you.

Outstanding! Leo McConville doesn't get as much recognition as others. The last I knew is that he was on staff at CBS; that was a long, long time ago. Like in the late 50's. Thanks for this. Ed

This must be my absolutely favourite 78. I've literally worn down this record. I had it in a reasonable quality on war-time Odeon, but this one is superb! For me this is the best jazz record ever made. Everything fits, all are inspired, the drive is incredible, the sound quality is suoerb, as I said, probably me all time favourite jazz record.
