Have you transcribed that yourself? If not where did you find those sheets?

@somaland Thanks! I didn't transcribe it myself, I'm not that clever! ;). The sheets were the ones released with the iTunes download of NOH. They don't contain all of the piano parts though and so a lot of it was improvisation
