the code I use is the same thing but your supposed to have 100 ultra balls and 493 master balls then if u wanted mew, subtract till u get 151 master balls, then if you want it level 85, subtract 15 ultra balls then hold L

guys if you keep getting arceus then you probably forgot to hold L while going into the grass. I also discarded my arceus from my party, if it helps.
