Nice idea, but very short film. Maybe you shoud make it about 15-20 minutes, I bet it'll be better.
Also, bad camera work, it's shakin' too much. Buy a tripod, or just tri not to move too much your hand, because it looks very amateur and sometimes when the light is bad, it goes out of focus. I like the actor's voice /very smiliar to De Niro's voice/, but practicing a little bit more would be good. And the pistol in the ending - it looks fake and childish, try find one with a more realistic. ;)
