well said- I am Indian American, and I started bawling when they announced "the first family of the United States" and just looking at the faces and tears of joy of those in the audience. I knew he was already solid on the policies, but he just flew and soared above and beyond that and hit a million birds with one stone (in a nonviolent way, unlike Palin). I will never vote for someone just because of their race black or white. The time will come that an African-American man or woman will be elcted president. Obama is not that man. His policies are far, far away from mainstream America. Colin Powell would have been a great choice, Clarence Thomas would be awesome, but we need him on the Supreme Court.
