this song has a lot of metaphors in there it's about ancient Japanese prostitution.

The title "羅刹ト骸" 羅刹is a god that eats on flesh (metaphor for the customers) while 骸 is bones (metaphor for the prostitutes)

There is also this line "腹を見せた鯉幟 孕んだのは髑髏" 鯉幟 is a carp fish flag, a symbolism of male in Japanese culture, and the next half line is about a womb carrying a skull, which means death for the child before birth.
