It's going to take place following the events of The End of the World Tour, Love is Evol and Neverlution (i.e. Titus is now divorced from Erin, Titus's dad is dead from a heart attack, Titus's sister is dead [she killed herself after her boyfriend dumped her], and Titus is trying to raise his kids in a world that seems to be getting worse and worse every day).

Norman Rockwell used to draw the cover of the Saturday Evening Post. The pictures depicted happy families in happy communities. Christopher's family life was nothing like the images that Norman Rockwell created.

Because the Rockwellian theme is of a bygone era, yesteryear, the golden age of small town America. When family was everything. It was nice, there was no dysfunction. And, Chris Titus life was the antithesis of that.
