I just got done watching this movie and I have to say, yes, its nothing new but in the mess of movies that have done this story so many times, this one, is for sure, in the top 3, rotten tomatoe gave this movie a 8%, what a load of horse $h|t, they need to watch the movie again and actually watch it this time, I wish I had seen the movie in theaters, I know most didn't give this movie a chance because of the main actor, I couldn't picture him acting a heart felt moment but he did so, nicely.

You know what I'd like to see in a movie. An arrainged marriage where one of the pair starts dating someone else and the other one is like "hay good for you" and the only one wearded out by the araingement is the new guy/girl.

Original Arthur was one of my favorite movies back when I was in the University, and this remake is really lacking when comparing to the original. The remake is not bad if you have very low expectations, but then again, Moore was a comedy genius, Brand is a one note actor.

This is why Jeremy Jahns is awesome.

Critics get down into the nitty-gritty of the movies and judge them by every frame. If something isn't plausible, they lose a star. With Jeremy, sure he looks at every angle too, but at least with him, he can see that if a movie works, it works. Simple as that.
