I like these videos which are a good additional learning aid to be combined with classes and social dancing.
The two dancers are very expert and precise. The steps, body movement and lead are dealt with in an accessible way.
Nice looking couple too.

There are better lessons out there with better and more accurate descriptioin of appropriate technique. You lead with your torso not hands. Check out the series by Christy Cote & George Garcia.

I just want to learn the basics.

This couple is executing the pattern flalessly. The movement is clear and precise. The torso moves first giving the early lead followed by the fingers and palm lead as the torso unwinds to the left. It's a smooth, graceful pattern that is enhanced by the emotions of the partners. After learning the patterns here I practice them in milongas. They work!

Che fzimmer11, the old dancers (Milongeros viejos) use the hands to lead, no problem there are not rules about it.
