I'm pretty sure the locket part that she meant is when Ron is about to destroy the locket horcrux and sees Harry and Hermione together and kiss and that's what he's afraid of, so that's what the locket shows to try to stop him from destroying it....

Omg I love this video. I will be really upset if they leave out all the jealousy and such in the sixth movie. I loved the locket scene in book seven. It showed you the inner workings of Ron's mind and how jealous he actually was of Harry but was still his friend.
