  • @monkbobhouse

I don't know why...I certainly haven't done anything to stop it being used

    thanks for commenting

  • nice

  • Pm me and I'll send the tabs.

It's not exactly as he plays it nor exactly as the real song but it's good enough for me.

  • @satanasejten Hi, would you please send me the tabs for "the morning mist".

    Thanks , Uwe

  • My computer just crashed.. (how convenient).

I'll write tabs down as soon as possible.

  • I've made tabs for this tune. I'll share them if anyone want.

  • I'd love tabs for this, could you send a link or somehow? or post here? thanks.

  • how long did it take for you to learn this?

  • Well I have been playing for about 25 years...difficult to tell how much time it takes to learn an individual piece

  • that's awesome!!

could you , maybe, by anychance, just perhaps, please, send me the tabs? ??? :D

  • Sorry! Don't use tabs, see info ^

  • Whoops... srry should've read first ... Thanks anyways... keep posting!!! ^.^

  • shut up and enjoy the music (y)

  • Good reel my man.Dont listen to the arseholes below..they wouldnt know a reel from a jig anyway.

  • maby you should focus more on quality than speed.

  • @jaagor77 cajonbongo2007 ignore these comments; your video sounded great

  • @jaagor77 dude, haters gotta hate

  • Awesome! I just love that type of music.

Can you spare the tabs plz?

  • yo read the damn discription

  • great tune ! awesome forwardness

  • hey, its beautiful ^^ can you give me the tabs?

  • Well played. What's the title of this tune?

  • Thanks - I wrote "the morning mist", but somebody else rightly pointed out that it's called "the morning dew".

  • Beautiful, well done!

  • Nicely played!

  • could u tell me some irish sounding chords/riffs

  • Baha'i faith no devil..

  • does anyone know if i need a truss rod on my guitar to play with high tension ball end nylons

  • No you don't need. Not sure why you're using ball ends though - assuming your guitar is good enough quality to do them justice I'd recommend Savarez extra hard tension or D'Addario extra hard composites. Savarez are a slightly sweeter tone but don't last quite as long the composites which do have a great tone as well it must be said. Both fairly pricey though...

  • good job but i think it would sound better with a pick

    good music playin tho

  • This type of music isn't meant to be played with a pick.

  • You're right Ephektz....meant to be played with Three Picks. lol

  • .. classical guitar you can just grow your nails slightly longer.

  • Yes Rik long nails are better....the 'three picks' comment was a joke!? Jeez!

  • meh you can use 3, they just strap to your fingers, tbh i like this guys playing anyway : )

  • p.s. although its a bit static in areas.

  • Hey Rik....are you on Salvia?

  • Sorry I don't know what made you think that?

  • long nails are unsightly and feel wierd. I just use me some ban-yo picks.

  • Thanks SirWill.....shucks..we thought they WERE your nails. duh,

  • Come on man, get the picture, picks are for banjos, mandolins and the like - there's 10 times the expression using fingers and nails on the classical/spanish guitar than with a pick... apoyanda, tirando, tremelo etc. and not to mention a bass line as well!

  • nice stuff

  • Fantastic! I´m very interested in learning it, but I can´t find it in the internet. Can somebody link the TAB or something?

  • Very cool. The triplets are fun.

  • I like how the guitar looks like it's playing itself around 00:48 :)

  • Incredible! How did you learn to do this?!?! Do I HAVE to learn how to play guitar to play like this>?!?! If so, I should get to work =P

    GREAT!

  • beautiful!! :-)

  • its more commonly known as the morning dew

  • Excellent!

  • I like it

  • What's the major difference between classical and acoustic guitars (my friends plays acoustic) and if I want to learn to play Traditional Irish Music, which one should I learn (or learn first)?

  • Easy...Learn to play using all your fingers in the classical mode.(both hands) as you gain experience in this you can play simple studies, ballads.etc.Dont forget you can resort back to the "Plectrum "anytime but you'll find the fingerstyle very satisfying.

  • Thanks, mate. Yeah, I'm beginning lessons for the guitar soon and this is what I'm really interested in doing.

  • what song is it?

  • It's a reel, it should be called 'the morning mist', but when I looked it up on thesession dot org (a treasure trove for Irish music) the piece by that name was completely different. Who knows?

  • excellent what tuning sre you using

  • The tuning is normal, just the bottom string dropped down to D

  • Oi, magnificent.

  • Beautiful !

  • excellent
