I just signed up for Leslie's walking club membership. I'm doing the 10 day challenge, also diagnosed with gallstones but in no pain, so I really need this. With my AARP discount it's about $1 per day, can't beat that! Since my DVD player is giving me problems, I can do this from my computer! We will keep each other in Prayer doing our walking/fitness journey!!

i love her videos they are fun and easy and in a week u really feel that you are gainning strength! you will shot through the whole 3 miles like a breeze. i recommend it to all! at first it was so intense cause i haven't workout like in forever but with leslie it was hard for 3 days and i felt great and gainning strength that i never thought i had!

I don't own any of the WATP I didnt know if I'd like it or not watching all these on you tube. I've been working out with them and told everyone I want some of these vids for Christmas lol.

I LOVE the 4 Fast Miles video. Easy to follow yet intense. I hope she comes out with a 5 Mile walk slim by the time the 4 Mile becomes to easy for me.
