i have got this, and it works perfectly on windows vista.

I had this problem. Im on vista aswell. the graphics card is sufficient for the game. I tried changing to 600x800 nothing. make a hole and filled with water, nothing. Updated system, nothing. Reinstalled game, nothing. Hired a member of staff.... SUCCESS! no idea how that worked but it did :D ahahaha

i get a black screen at the start of RCT3 when i start it up. i cant even see the Frontier and Atari Logo's and all that stuff! anyone help please?

at least you can actually see the game...all i see on mine is a blue screen saying 'NOT SUPPORT' right when i start it up. :(

The vista version is only sold at gamestop guys. If you go on the gamestop website and download the trial it will work perfectly

i think rollercoaster tycoon 3 is too old for vista, if you read on the box theres no vista called, i have this same problem so i think you have to buy windows XP too.

I Have a problem with my rt3 Game When I load my sandbox game it loads perfectly and then when i move it to the east south of the park it goes to a blue screen then it makes a ddddddddddddddddddddd sound Is that a glitch or is it because im playing it too much or a error cause when it goes to a blue screen i cant escape from it and i have to restart my computer over and over again and i installed it like 2 days ago and yes i have vista basic but Can somebody help me with that ?

First, try reinstalling the game. If you are using a "no-cd" crack, delete it and use the disc. If that fails, check if your graphics card is compatible with the game. Your computer may not be able to handle the graphics included on Roller Coaster Tycoon 3

The same thing happened with me and the demo. But when i got the game I have to keep on moving my mouse because once my screensaver came up and everything went black and i had to shut down my computer.

Have this exact same problem! So frustrated now after hours of trying to find a solution for this. Hiring a staff member didnt work for me. Hope someone can reply with something that solves this irritating problem.

p.s. saw somewhr that says to add lamps to brighten the park but I couldnt even see the path how to add. And it is still dark even when it is MORNING. diesnt make any sense to me.

If your despirate to play RCT3 i recommend you to buy a expansition pak like wild or soaked which supports windows vista.

there is a patch out there named RCT3Plus who generates a Graphfix file so you can play it. this normaly works on Nvidia video cards. i had the same problem bwqause the game don't support normally new graphs cheers!

Btw its a graphics problem. I dont suppose you run a dell? Because if you do RTC3 does not support the chipsets in side them. I suggest buying a graphics card or hiring a member of staff :)

Yeh, I literally had no problems but if I exit the game using the windows key (just for a quick internet browse or something) the screen will go black, HIRE A MEMBER OF STAFF and it will work, also worked for few of my friends. Good luck all, trust me - it works.
