i just watched pocahontas today for the first time in a long time and the watched the second one right after and this video made me cry cause she had to chose stupid john rolfe over john smith even though it is very clear John smith and her are perfect for each other screw what ever history says

I remember her visting John while he was tied up, but I don't remember it panning around them like that or her looking up at the sky.......Were they singing there? (if they were, that certainly wasn't a part of the original movie...I have the tape from when it first came out)
That's from the 2005 Ten-Year Edition. It was a part of the original movie..but when they did a screening in New York Central Park, all the kids were like "this is a boring part" and so, they took it out. It's a song that they sang together called "If I Never Knew You." The pop version of this song is in the credits of the movie Pocahontas, sang by Jon Secada. Hope that helped ^^''
