I'm watching all of these all the way through, so I don't know if you might have tried this or not, but concerning your problem at the end with the frame jumping, it might be because frame 41 and frame 1 are the same, and the cyclic option is playing them both right after another. If you were to set a keyframe on 40 and delete the one on 41, you might get a more fluid motion. And exceedingly good job, by the way. I'm glued to the monitor.
there is a little mistake in you walk cycle,
when we walk, our RIGHT hand goes forward while LEFT leg goes forward in addition to economy of kinetic energy

I agree with anyoneseenmyhead. I believe the "snap" is because frame 41 and frame 1 are the same so it's holding that frame longer.
Great tutorials btw. I'm really enjoying these.
