There are scientist who have found ways of teaching the immune system to detect some dna viruses. They have a cure for some diseases but I doubt AIDS is an accident, no monkey in the wild have aids or ever did. The truth is stranger than fiction. I do not think they will ever give us the cure purposely. I think they already have it, it exists but is counter productive to the agenda. Less people is what they think we need

When we build nanobots and inject them into your bloodstream which may not be in our life time, We will have the ability to fix many things thought incurable.
