Just a few pointers when programming the tool paths:
At 0:10 to cut the rad on the corner you used a circular int where you could of just had a rad. ie G01 Y to corner; G02 or G03 (RAD); G01 X to end.
At 0:22 it's circular int. again. You could of just done the full width of the cutter on the furthest wall, done the circle and come back up the wall closest to us. Just saves time.
And lastly, the DOC is tiny, try 5 times that or speed the feed up, looks like you've got a high RPM.
question, where are good places to order aluminum blocks from? i'm looking for marine grade aluminum block for my first project, but finding it more difficult than it should be using google to find supply houses.

I am currently building a miling machine and am going to use it for a future 5 axis machine
Where do you get your end mills from?
I looked on drillspot but they are expensive.
