You carve Raw Meat from the monsters

and a BBQ Spit is supplied to you within the blue Supply Box, read the video description for help.

From Diablos, you need to break off his horns.

You don't unlock him for awhile though if you're just doing Village Elder quests.

how do u get med monster bone lik the fastest way or the best way to get them

You can go farming for Apceros in the Desert area.

And as for Wyverns, Yian Kut-Ku, Cephadrome, and Gypceros will do. You need tons of Med Monster Bones in the beginning, so I know where you're coming from. Hope that helps.
