@hurley242584 Lmao if you lost to a honduh your car is extremely slow, they come stock @ 160 you throw a turbo on it and they can only run something like 5 psi which means their turbo is a waste of money because they're not even using it. A honduh with a turbo will still loose to a stock turbo eclipse with a regular t-25 since they're making 215 out of the box.
@Mike1981j okay, so there's a few things wrong with what you said. First, i'll say i'm a big DSM guy and have had a few already. Usually boosting a non-boosted car, they run around 8 psi. It doesn't sound like a lot because cars that are turbo'd from the factory(i.e. DSM's) run about 10 to, I don't know, 14 psi stock. But even 5 psi on an originally N/A motor is A LOT. Trust me, i'm not a fan of civics but you find a clean boosted one, they are out. Especially being so light.

@Skaterrocker842 Nope. That's not what a purge is for, it's to clear out the air from the NOS lines when you're going to do a big shot, or a big run, just to prevent any detonation or anything like that, so you don't kill your engine.
CO2 is a cheaper gas you can get it at any welding store. it makes the same clouds but it does absolutely nothing for performance. its just to show of a purge cloud

@hurley242584 Lmao if you lost to a honduh your car is extremely slow, they come stock @ 160 you throw a turbo on it and they can only run something like 5 psi which means their turbo is a waste of money because they're not even using it. A honduh with a turbo will still loose to a stock turbo eclipse with a regular t-25 since they're making 215 out of the box.

@Mike1981j okay, so there's a few things wrong with what you said. First, i'll say i'm a big DSM guy and have had a few already. Usually boosting a non-boosted car, they run around 8 psi. It doesn't sound like a lot because cars that are turbo'd from the factory(i.e. DSM's) run about 10 to, I don't know, 14 psi stock. But even 5 psi on an originally N/A motor is A LOT. Trust me, i'm not a fan of civics but you find a clean boosted one, they are out. Especially being so light.

@Danny95GSX Its weird a dsm'er replied to me lol, yes when done right a honda can be fast but realistically if you run across a turbo one on the street they have some ridiculous 70 trim turbo which won't even spool until 4k + they won't have the money to have the internals done the way they should to be able to run the turbo they way it needs to be. I have owned 3 dsm's 94 gst, 97 gst, and 95 talon tsi, but they are so unreliable i got a mustang gt now. love dsm's, but i need to make it to work
