that show is being filmed at the santa anita race track and thats right next to where i live yeahh!!!

Actually the show WAS filmed at the Oak Tree meet (Santa Anita track) last year.

Although many of the jocks in the show are still riding there in the current meet. Jon Court does not appear to be still riding at SA though

What many fail to understand about jockeys is just how tough it is to be successful at riding. It takes strength,good hands,a feel of pace,and a bunch of other things. Some just think they are midgets who just go along for the ride,well its far far from that.

These horses are worth thousands of dollars, so I doubt they're treated like crap.

Some people think it's mean when the jockeys use their riding crops, but it does not hurt the horse. A horse weighs what, 1,200 lbs? A smack with a riding crop like the jockeys are doing feels like a soft nudge to them. :)

ya your right.. the next episode is on friday right? I hate watching them fall or hurt..I know its not the jockeys fault..and half the time the jockeys start crying (I don't blame them..) but it's horrible when their lives end on the track..
