  • Good news guys 3838 still lives, she is siting in storage at Topeka KS. Go to rrpicturesarchive. net to see.

  • Good news guy BNSF 3838 still live but she's in storage in Topeka

  • Nice video!! I got an HO model of her but in BNSF heritage 1 paint and without the slug. I have 3838 run my HO locals. 10/10 great job!! Nice horn too.

  • That is great!!! I love that horn and the slug!!!!!!!!

  • is 3838 still kickin?

  • I haven't seen it for over a year.

  • @ Topeka for Auction

  • @BNSF7776 really?

they are going to auction her off

  • From what I've heard yes. BNSF has retired it and as well as a few sister GP7s. I wish they would of been kept.

  • Where is 3838 now

  • My ultimate railfanning day: find a couple other rail fans, a perfect site like this, take a bunch of our favorite beers in a cooler and a video camera out there and watch!

  • Somebody should have put up a brick wall on the other side so stupid on the bike would have crashed into it!

  • why do they carry around the caboose must of the time.. i know its cool.. but im just wondering why..

  • @Adam008910 - Cabooses are used on locals and yard sets as a shoving platform for reverse moves on most railroads now. The majority of them have had their insides gutted, and windows welded shut. They are literally a shell

  • That is one stupid biker and a cool slug set!

  • i hope that guy on the bike doesnt have a drivers liscense,i would hate to see what his driving is like in a car

  • 1:25 i soooooo funny!!!

  • It always ticks me off to see people run in front of trains, even slow ones...how does he know that the gates are down for that train and not for a different one coming from another direction?

  • I love the guy on the bike that almost gets hit

  • it's at 1;27. It's down right funny.

  • Thats one sweet train!

  • oh ok but wy do they make 'em so small?

  • LOL

  • My God that locomotive has one of the best RS3L's I've ever heard!!

  • GP7u, Leslie horn, and a caboose? what more could you ask for?

  • Ok double Wow! Older than I thought!

  • It's fine, I think it adds to the video.

  • very cool!

  • Nice horn on this. I was waiting for the guy to go across the tracks in the beginning he was playing with danger there. Nice one chuck 5*

  • Wow! I haven't seen a GP20 in forever!!! Plus the yard slug...then the dumbass on the bike!

Surely a 5 star video my friend!

  • I think she is a GP7 ... maybe ... LOL

  • I hoped someone who lives in your town and saw this video and knows this person reports them to the police.

  • wat are the hump engines used for? i mean the small ones. why are they made like that??

  • I like the dumbass on the bike that shoots thru at the last second!

  • OMG 3838 is still runing?!? railfanning with Nathan. cool

  • He said you'd like to see 3838

  • yep I did! I hope to someday see ,hear and smell the 3838. I bet that exaust smells great.

  • Yup, it sure did. We were both happy when we heard it. We knew it was 3838.

  • when was the first day you saw her ( 3838)?

  • Sometime last Spring

  • I love the engine because of its unique shape and unique Leslie RS3l horn.

  • first of all, that biker was just plain f***in stupid! secondly, who was that dude that walked in front of the camera??

  • That was Nathan.

  • Great horn on 3838. We have one just like her down here that does local service in the valley.
