I LOVE this!! When my father passed away, we hired a bagpipe player for the funeral. This was the last song he played. My father always loved the fact that we are of Scottish descent, and he would have loved knowing this was played at his funeral.

Thx for the wonderful remembrance lots of the places already visited like Elgin cathedral, Corgarff castle and most of the others. Beautiful scotland next year we`ll see us another 6months.

A timeless classic, I remember it in the charts. I have the CD and find myself listening at some time every month I reckon. I have to admit, it usually brings a tear to my eye. I've been googling pictures of the ruined abbeys but I can't work out which one that is.
