in gt5 cruising is a good way to find bumps and crevices in the track that you may have not noticed going full speed, i wish forza had that much detail on the track surface, and the tracks are so damn wide. so i keep playing gt5 even though i own forza 4

@TheBCninja It's not, its that he's an experienced driver. This game can be difficult especially with the realistic physics on to were the wind and road irregularities play a part in the race...using my G37 wheel I can feel every bump on the road and coupled with the force feedback...its pretty darn close to real life driving. Forza 4 is also a good game, buts more of that....a game, its the main reason it appeals to so many more people, because you can pick it up and be good, its for casuals

GT5 has better driving physics and better wheel support wich makes it ultimately a better sim racing game. Forza struggles with 900° (now kinda patched) wheels and due the patch also now with force feedback. The only department where Forza 4 is better then GT5 is the damage. At least most ppl think so but GT5 also got damage physics due a patch and now both games kinda close also in that department. But in the end, both are games and not a sim like rFactor.

I Have a ps3 and a xbox and i have both forza4 and gt5. What i didnt like about gt5 is when you crash your car its not as fun plus some of the cars are really pixalted but i will have to give gt5 credit, the game does look really good.

fyi dude, cruise control holds the throttle on a car at a certain position...it has nothing to do with steering....what you were talking about is power steering, also if you had a real car up to some of these speeds you'd experience why its so hard to turn the wheel in the game

you sir, are one hell of a driver, but imo you know nothing about FFB strength, if you ever put a real car on a track the amount of strength it takes to turn the wheel is actually far more than any normal wheel is capable of (basically the only wheels that can give a realistic about of force would be a Frex or similar)

After playing both GT5 and Forza 4. I truly think GT5 is much more realistic on how it feels when i play on it compare to Forza 4's feel on driving. Not trying to start anything but its my opinion. Feels smoother and realistic.
