@KnoxBlondie........... you don't mean an orb weaver do you? That is definatly not an orb weaver as they have intricate patterns woven into the center of the web. Also, orb weavers are colorful and have a proportionally smaller abdomon with legs that spread out to a length of about 3-6 inches from front to back, depending on the species and region.
