I laugh at whoever said GTA IV wouldn't work with the specs I have. What bites is that multiplayer doesn't work on it (It says my pc is moving too slow, which makes me a bit irritable, but the story's fun nonetheless)

All 360s get RROD, this is on PC, GTA comes with multiplayer on all formats, but on 360 and PC you'll need to pay a subscription to XBL to play it.
