Wow, I've never seen those before... I do my miniature horse's hooves on the ground and so I usually have to sit down and let her leg on my lap... i guess a box would be easier...

I use an old wheelchair to buzz round my horse, trim his hooves etc - i'm tall and this means i don't have to bend much and can see what i'm doing
