Yea, connections aren't 'excellent' on two worlds PC. But i use ethernet now and get a ping of around 60-90 which is brilliant.

You are right, its lags. Prabbably slow connection broadband or down of a server (from my short experience with two worlds i know that it can be even 30 players on one serv [pc version] and it will not be laggy, but if server is bad... well)
